AI-assisted business-health and continuous-improvement platform, and the first product out of Valia Venture Studio. I founded it and I own the product: the assessment architecture across eight domains, the AI-assisted diagnosis and recommendation systems, discovery and service design, and the decisions about quality and what ships. It turns assessment data, organisational evidence and stakeholder input into a diagnosis, a prioritised set of actions, and an improvement plan that can be measured — so a business can act on what is actually wrong rather than on the symptom it noticed first.
Experience
Every role and every venture, in order — with what I owned, what shipped, and what did not.
A Persian web application that helps a small business decide what to publish, from evidence it has actually collected about itself and its competitors rather than from unsourced AI output. The chain the product enforces is deliberate: source, evidence, knowledge, suggestion, human decision, versioned brief, published artifact, measured result, learning. A person decides at the point where a person should. Co-founded; I run product and build. Next.js and React on the front, FastAPI and PostgreSQL with pgvector behind it, Celery workers, and a gateway that can reach more than one model provider. vohu.app
Economic-development and digital-transformation group working across Iran’s regions, sectors and economic corridors. From August 2024 to September 2026 I held group-wide responsibility for product, digital platforms and investment promotion. I came to it from the product side — I led product for Sarzamin-e Emkan (a territorial-development digital ecosystem) and Invest Iran (the investment-promotion agency platform, architecting the full investor journey), and in 2026 took five investor-facing platforms from design to deployment. The promotion side is what makes those platforms land: positioning, brand, communications, investor outreach and aftercare. My roles here: executive programmes across product, brand and media from August 2024; product and platform consulting from July 2025; the group mandate from July to September 2026.
Key areas of impact
- Led product management and end-to-end development of the Sarzamin-e Emkan ecosystem — concept, product architecture, UX, technical delivery and cross-functional execution.
- Designed its information and content architecture: organisational pages, development missions, economic growth zones, sectors, library, gallery, podcast and system pages.
- Architected the product framework, content architecture and investor experience for Invest Iran as the digital infrastructure of Emkan's Investment Promotion Agency.
- Defined investor journeys — opportunity discovery, competitive-advantage assessment, expression of interest, organisational engagement, request management and aftercare.
- Translated territorial development, economic governance, maritime economics, free zones and new cities into structures a product team could actually build.

Precious-metals and jewellery investment group. I ran product leadership and business-system structuring across three brands — Shalize (physical gold and silver operations), Mokaab (digital precious-metals investment) and Goldoon (story-driven jewellery) — and aligned product, operations, brand, sales and customer experience into one operating system.

AI-powered IELTS writing-feedback platform. Concept to MVP to first paying customers: exam simulation, response analysis, personalised feedback and improvement tracking — built so candidates without access to an examiner can still get examiner-grade feedback.

- Led the product from problem definition through MVP design, build and validation.
- Turned candidate needs into journeys: submission, feedback delivery, error identification and improvement tracking.
- Shaped the AI feedback logic for accuracy, clarity and actionability — and was honest with the team about where the model could not be trusted.
- Designed the validation process on real users and real submissions.

The longest chapter. A multidisciplinary creative, media and digital organisation that I helped build from project execution into a portfolio of digital products. This is where I learned company building, governance and operational scaling — by doing all three badly first.
Key areas of impact
- Co-founded and grew Aghigh across creative, media, cultural, educational, advertising and digital work.
- Managed a standing portfolio of concurrent client projects and their deliverables.
- Collaborated with client organisations and built a standing network of creative, technical, content and operational contributors.
- Drove the evolution from project-based execution toward owned digital products — Bamana, Ketabno, HisTory, NoJahan, Mehrabani, Soha and Mastoura.

Ministries, cities, foundations and companies I have worked with
Over 18 years of product, media and creative production, I have worked with these organisations.
